Description

The SmallHD 503 UltraBright is a 5-inch on-camera monitor built around a 2000-nit full HD display, designed for outdoor work where a conventional monitor is unusable without a hood. It accepts HDMI and 3G-SDI with cross-conversion, and runs SmallHD’s PageOS interface, which lets the operator build custom pages combining waveform, false colour, focus assist, frame guides and 3D LUTs and switch between them with a single control. The 5-inch format is the compact choice for gimbal work, handheld rigs and tight camera builds where a 7-inch monitor would unbalance the setup. Powered by Sony L-series batteries. Used as a camera operator’s display and a focus reference.
