Open the catalogue and add what you need. Filter by category, type and depot. Your list is saved in the browser and downloads as a PDF.
Get the quote
We reply the same day with a quote built for your production, not a rate card. Pricing depends on duration, package size and delivery location.
Confirm
Once you confirm we reserve every item for your dates. Each piece is tested and packed before it leaves the warehouse.
We deliver
We bring the gear to set and collect it at the end. On request, a technical van with driver for every shooting day.
Two delivery options
The difference is how much of the equipment logistics the production wants to hand over.

To organise delivery: the location, even just as a reference point; the dates and times for delivery and collection; access, meaning whether a vehicle reaches the set or unloading happens at a distance; and how many locations are planned, so we can suggest the right option.
On locations with restricted access we work out the most suitable configuration with you before the shoot.
You can save your list as a PDF and share it with your production team before sending it. If something is unavailable for your dates we tell you straight away and propose an alternative.
Additions after confirming are normal: productions change, and we update the quote.
Common questions
Do you publish rental prices?
No. Rates depend on duration, package size and location, so we quote each production individually rather than publishing a list that would be wrong for most requests.
Do you deliver, or do we collect?
Both. Most productions choose delivery to set — it is the reason the service exists. You are also welcome to collect from our depot in Naples or Siracusa.
How far in advance should we book?
The earlier the better for large lighting and grip packages, especially in high season. That said, we handle last-minute requests regularly: ask even if your dates are close.
What if something fails during the shoot?
Call us. We keep spares of the most used items and our delivery network covers the whole South, so a replacement can usually reach you quickly.
Do you work with international productions?
Regularly. Crews land, shoot and leave without carrying gear through airports or ferries — we handle delivery and collection at the location.
