The Profoto Octa 5 is a 150 cm octabox supplied with speed ring, the largest of the standard Profoto octaboxes and the one used when a full-length figure or a small group has to be lit from a single soft source. At this size the falloff across a standing subject is almost imperceptible, which is exactly what fashion and advertising work requires when the whole figure must hold even exposure. It accepts a honeycomb grid, which at 150 cm is not optional but necessary, since an ungridded box this large lights the entire room including the background.
