The Cartoni T724/St baby legs are a low-height aluminium tripod with a 150 mm bowl, supplied with a ground spreader. Low-angle work is a routine requirement that a standard tripod simply cannot meet: baby legs place a full cinema camera and a large fluid head at floor level while keeping the same head and the same balance the operator has already set on the main tripod, so the swap takes seconds rather than a rebuild. The 150 mm bowl accepts heavy heads, and the ground spreader locks the legs against sliding on smooth surfaces. Used for low-angle shots, product tabletop work, interiors and any setup where the camera must sit near the ground.
