The Profoto Octa 2 with the silver beauty dish interior is a 60 cm modifier that sits deliberately between a beauty dish and a softbox: small enough to keep a defined shadow edge, silver-lined for a bright specular core and a contrasty rendering that sculpts facial structure. Supplied with the OCF speed ring, it fits the B10 and B1X battery heads as well as studio units, so the same modifier travels from the studio to a location without a second ring.
