The Elinchrom Rotalux Deep Octa 100 cm with Profoto OCF ring combines the deep parabolic geometry with the Rotalux quick-assembly frame, which opens and closes like an umbrella instead of requiring rods to be threaded one at a time. The deep shape places the head further back from the diffusion face than a standard octabox, collimating the output so the light stays soft but keeps a defined direction and a fast, sculpting falloff. At 100 cm it is the general-purpose size for portraiture. Supplied with the Profoto OCF ring for use on the B10 and B1X.
