The FUJINON GF 30mm f/3.5 R WR is the wide-angle prime of the Fujifilm GFX medium format system, equivalent to approximately 24mm in 35mm terms. Thirteen elements in ten groups, including aspherical and ED glass, hold distortion and chromatic aberration low enough for architectural work where straight lines cannot be corrected away, and the lens focuses to 0.32 m for close foreground compositions. Weather-resistant sealing and a body weighing about 510 g keep it practical on location, while the dedicated aperture ring allows exposure changes without looking at the screen.
