Description

The ARRI M40 is a 4,000 W HMI, the largest daylight discharge fixture in our inventory
and the reference tool when you need to compete with, replace or overpower the sun. It uses ARRI’s
MAX Technology, a lensless reflector optic that combines the intensity of a PAR with the smooth,
even field of a Fresnel and focuses across a wide beam range without changing fixtures. Output is
daylight balanced at roughly 6,000 K, flicker-free at every frame rate and shutter angle, and the
supplied electronic ballast allows dimming. Use it to key a large diffusion frame, blast light
through a window, light a wide exterior at night or extend a shooting day. Supplied with ballast and
head cable, for rental from our Naples facility with delivery across Southern Italy and Rome.
