Description

The Cartoni Focus 18 with EFP two-stage aluminium tripod is a 100 mm bowl video support package for heavier camera configurations, with the Focus 18 fluid head rated for payloads up to around 18 kg. That capacity is what a fully built cinema camera actually weighs once a matte box, follow focus, wireless video, monitor and a cine zoom are added, and a head that is under-rated for its load produces jerky pans no amount of operator skill can hide. The head offers stepped counterbalance, independent pan and tilt drag and a long sliding plate. The two-stage tripod extends to full standing height and comes with a spreader. Used for cinema, broadcast and commercial production.
