The Proaim Wave-2 10-foot jib crane is a camera crane for productions that need vertical movement and sweeping reveals without the cost and crew of a full crane package. It gives approximately three metres of reach, breaks down for transport in a car, and accepts mirrorless and compact cinema camera packages on a fluid head, a gimbal or a remote pan-tilt head. Counterweights balance the load so that the operator moves the arm with minimal force, which is what keeps a crane move smooth. Used for opening and closing shots, architectural and hospitality reveals, event coverage and music videos.
