Description

The Easyrig Vario 5 is a body-mounted camera support system that transfers the weight of a handheld camera from the operator’s arms to the hips through a rigid arm and a spring-loaded line. It is designed for mid-weight camera packages, and it changes what is physically possible on a shooting day: an operator who can hold a loaded camera for two minutes can work with it for an hour on an Easyrig, and the resulting footage is steadier because the arms are no longer fighting fatigue. The Vario version allows the support height to be adjusted quickly between setups. Used for handheld documentary, gimbal operation and long observational takes.
